Chika has over twenty years of experience in this sector of which, fifteen years wherein the oil and gas industry.

Over the years, he has been responsible for delivering specific projects locally and internationally which focuses on governance, entrepreneurship and human capacity development.

More recently, his interest in supporting tech-innovation-driven entrepreneurship ecosystem development and skill acquisition program has become his surge for growth where he partners with the Rivers State University and other institutions.
