I would like to firstly introduce myself to you. My name is Gemma, I am a 27 year old Radiographer and Ayurvedic Health Councillor from the UK. My passion is to travel and explore new cultures, ideas, people, music and nature.

I was first introduced to this incredible philosophy in the Himalayas of India in 2017. After spending consecutive months living with tribes from all backgrounds, hearing their ongoing knowledge and understanding of nature and medicinal plants around them, I made the decision to invest my time and future to focus on bringing this knowledge to my home and heart. I believe we must go back to our roots and understand what Mother Earth gave us to survive.

I completed my first Ayurvedic diploma in 2020 with Dr. Deepika Rodrigo a renowned and fully accredited Sri Lankan Ayurvedic Doctor, with 30 years experience and a successful institute and clinic in London. I have been blessed with her presence and knowledge, which enables me to share the Ayurvedic teachings with you today.
