Children First Learning Center-Covington is a Day Care in Waterloo, IL has three classrooms: Infant, Toddler, and Two Year Old. Our learning center strive to create a high-quality and safe learning environment for our families. We feel that it is important for our parents to feel comfortable with our environment, but we want our children to feel at ease.
