Hi, I’m Chimaobi Onwuka. I'm a Columbia University Computer Science graduate and Software Engineer at Liberty Mutual, currently based in Boston.

I build software at the intersection of product, systems, and real-world impact. My work focuses on making complex digital experiences clearer, faster, and more useful for the people who rely on them. I’m especially interested in frontend engineering, design systems, AI-powered tools, and the kind of technology that quietly improves everyday life.

I was born in Nigeria, raised in Los Angeles, and shaped by both community and curiosity. That background drives how I approach engineering: practical, human-centered, and always connected to something bigger than just code.

Outside of work, I’m usually training, reading, exploring new hobbies, taking photos, or building small projects that help me sharpen my craft.
