Chimda Innocent

Chimda Innocent is a Nigerian teenage entrepreneur, technology builder, youth advocate, content creator, software developer, and aspiring business executive from Adamawa State, Nigeria. He is of Kilba tribe and is widely recognized for his ambition to build innovative technology companies and empower young people across Africa.

From an early age, Chimda developed a passion for technology, programming, entrepreneurship, and digital innovation. His long-term vision is to establish one of Africa’s leading technology groups, creating products and services that improve everyday life while inspiring the next generation of African innovators.

As the founder of Omini Group, Chimda is building a collection of brands across technology, fintech, education, artificial intelligence, digital services, consumer products, and social impact. His ventures include Omini ICT Hub, Omini Pay, C&L Skincare Enterprise, Sarkin Minerals Beverage, and the Rise Up Teen Foundation, each designed to address different needs within African communities.

Chimda is also the creator of ChimChat, a proposed all-in-one digital platform intended to integrate messaging, streaming, social networking, and content sharing into a unified experience. His goal is to develop digital ecosystems that simplify communication while promoting African technological innovation.

Beyond entrepreneurship, Chimda is actively involved in youth leadership and advocacy. He serves as a Comrade with the Voice of Nigerian Youth (VONY), where he supports youth engagement, leadership development, civic participation, and advocacy initiatives. He has also participated in campaigns focused on student welfare, child safety, education, and community development.

As a content creator, Chimda shares technology, entrepreneurship, gaming, and personal development content through his online platforms. His work aims to educate, motivate, and encourage young Africans to embrace innovation, creativity, and entrepreneurship.

His interests span software engineering, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, fintech, branding, business strategy, gaming, and digital media. He believes technology can become one of Africa’s greatest drivers of economic growth and social transformation.

Known for his ambitious vision, Chimda has publicly expressed his goal of becoming one of Nigeria’s youngest technology founders and business leaders. He continues to develop projects intended to expand digital access, encourage entrepreneurship, and build solutions for African users.
