Chi-Chi Millaway is Digital Director at MBK and a Professor of Social Media at NYU. Integrating social media with marketing, PR and SEO programs, she helps companies manage digital reputation, grow traffic and revenue, and build engaged communities.
Prior to joining MBK, Chi-Chi founded the KCSA social media department and developed an agency wide social media process for public and investor relations clients. She is a versatile communicator experienced in social media and corporate and financial communications with clients ranging from technology, healthcare, finance, advertising to internet sectors. Her background also includes positions consulting on communications strategy with New York area public relations agencies and nonprofits as well as professional experience in education and engineering.
Chi-Chi serves on the Board of Directors of the PRSA-NY and she holds a master's degree in public relations and corporate communication from New York University, a master's degree in education from Columbia University and a bachelor's degree in English from the University of Michigan.
