Chinonso Iseri is a human development architect, executive/life coach, educator, and consultant. She works at the intersection of purpose, resilience, and leadership — developing young people from the inside out, across every stage of life.
She is the founder of ResilienceQuest — an edtech platform building the inner architecture of young Africans through purpose discovery and resilience development. Through her works - the COMPASS purpose discovery framework, the iThrive resilience program, and iThrive Train the Trainers model that multiplies the methodology through certified practitioners, Resiliencequest is building a legacy where a young person's potential produces results.
Chinonso is also an executive coach and the principal consultant at FutureProofCEOs consultancy, with experience in team effectiveness, organizational resilience, and change leadership. She works with leadership teams, boards, and early-stage organizations to build the internal structures that make external performance sustainable.
Her central argument — that Africa's most urgent infrastructure deficit is underdeveloped human beings, not capital or technology — has shaped these two institutions, a body of proprietary frameworks, and a growing body of work that sits at the intersection of coaching, education, and organizational development.
She speaks and consults on human development architecture, purpose-driven resilience, and the future of leadership in Africa.
She also prepares pupils and students for external exams - common entrance exams, basic 9 exams, WASSCE, and checkpoint.
