I'm Chintan Mukesh Anjaria, a founder based in Edison, New Jersey. In 2012 I started Paddle Point BPO in Thane, India, and led it as CEO as it grew into an international contact-center business serving clients around the world. In 2021 I founded Growleads LLP to bring high-quality domestic BPO to Indian enterprises. I'm also the founder of Traditional Threads, an Indian ethnic-wear brand, and Soul Sound, a mobile accessories brand. 15+ years in operations, technology, sales, and consulting.
