CHINYERE OKPARAJI - CHINNY

Chinyere Okparaji, fondly called CHINNY; is a graduate of English Language & Literature. she started out from Abuja mirror/Today's newspaper as a female columnist writing the Today's woman column. She became a correspondent for African woman magazine then Bridge international magazine before she became an OAP for vision FM 92.1 Abuja. She ventured into TV broadcasting and was the National Assembly senior correspondent for 'the Gavel' A legislative TV program in 2007. She produced and presented Heart of the matter on NTA Network service sponsored by Stanbic IBTC bank from 2008 to 2009. She ventured out on her own and produced and presented Changemakers on ITV before she Ventured into acting.

Her first stint in acting was a TV series 'Winners and Losers' for NTA produced by Zack AMATA. She played The female lead role Dorothy in 2012. Chinny had a brief stint with Photography in 2013 and returned to acting. She launched the Project Nollywood 1000 project for Igbo content which she later renamed Obi-Igbo Film & Theater.
Chinyere is a Nollywood actress, screenwriter and filmmaker based in Abuja Nigeria.

ACTRESS. She has featured in films like "Winners & Losers" "Kill The Prince', ' BIATY', Nmiri Udo', 'Sweetie my love', 'Mercedes Onyebekee' etc.

SCRIPTWRITER, She has written movie scripts like 'War Necessities', The Interview', The Forbiden, 'Because I'm A Woman' , 'Ije Biaty', 'Dynasty of Gods', Mercedes Onyebekee', etc.

FILMMAKER, Chinny has produced feature films such as Ije BIATY' Sweetie My Love','Because I'm A Woman' and 'Mercedes Onyebekee'.
Chinny is a trained actress and writer and has gannard the needed experience and skills to take on any job or project in the industry. She is research oriented and is ready to take on the industry.
