My interest in education and development stems from my Nigerian heritage and the academic experience of myself and my family.

There are many young people with great potential who do not get the opportunity to complete primary or secondary education, or may be pushed through a school system where learning simply does not happen.

This blog intends to highlight the pioneers, the thought-leaders and the innovations that are challenging inequity in educational opportunity and driving improvements in learning for all.

I am inspired by learning, and I believe that a good education must inspire and equip children to become lifelong-learners. In this respect, learning is a global issue and I hope that interested bloggers, readers, educators and change-makers will share their opinions, work and suggestions from wherever they are in the world.
