I am a Peruvian born chef, a small business owner, a husband and a father of two wonderful children.

I have been a chef for more than twenty years and have traveled the world as a chef working for many different hotels. When my family started to grow and asking for more stability, my wife and I decided to move permanently to Colorado. We love living in Boulder! People are open, friendly and very interested in good quality food, healthy habits and outdoor living.

Now, I own a sauce company and produce some of the best hot sauces in town. They are produced with local produce and are all vegan, natural, gluten free and super flavorful.

We believe in supporting the local farmers and school food projects around the our state.
