Chip Parker

I am a consumer bankruptcy lawyer and a founding partner of Parker & DuFresne located in Northeast Florida.

I acquired my undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Florida in 1989 and my law degree from Stetson University College of Law in 1992. I have practiced in the area of consumer bankruptcy in Jacksonville, Florida since 1992.

I have established mortgage foreclosure litigation in bankruptcy court as well as state court and is recognized as a leader in Florida foreclosure litigation. Therefore my practice area includes, but is not limited to, Credit Rebuilding, Chapter 11, 7, and 13 Bankruptcy, and emergency bankruptcy filing.

Being a founding contributor to Bankruptcy Law Network, I have put down numerous articles on consumer bankruptcy and foreclosure litigation. I’ve served as a seminar panelist about foreclosure litigation for bankruptcy attorneys.
