Early life

I was born on 04 July 1980, in Ahmedabad. I have one sibling. I was educated at Kameshwar school in Ahmedabad. I went to L.J. college for my bachelor's degree. I love reading & traveling.

My journey-

In 1998, I started my journey with my father’s stock market business. After being in business for some time & in-depth analysis, we figured that we had no control over the prices & margins being low. My father decided it was the right time to switch & start something new as I had joined him. As a young enthusiast, I wanted to push limits & I was excited to start something new. My father & I started our real estate journey under the name of ‘S N Developers’ with great people around us to help us in our new venture.

After 3 years of hard work & dedication, in 2001 I decided to distinguish ourselves from traditional real estate. I wanted our foundation to be strong, so we came up with ‘Shivalik’. Shivalik is a brand name with an auspicious aura & gives a homely feeling to all customers. Shivalik has been growing faster than ever, with more than 70 + landmarks, 10 million + sq. ft, and 7000 + units, setting a new milestone.

We have changed the skyline of Ahmedabad with iconic buildings like Shivalik Highstreet, Shivalik Abaise, Shivalik Shilp & many more. Along with changing the skyline, we also focus on changing the perspective of our customers for Real Estate. We like to believe that we have uplifted the standard of Real Estate in Ahmedabad. Over the years we have created a brand that is innovative, young & put customers’ needs first.

I have always been a risk taker & have never compromised on quality. Being a believer in ‘Giving back to nature’, currently, my focus is on developing ‘Green Building’. My goal at the company is to crown Ahmedabad with a premium luxury lifestyle. Shivalik represents the future of Ahmedabad's skyline.
