Chizaram Ucheaga works with the team at Clymb Technologies to "bank the unbanked in Africa". Through our RyzaPay service (https://ryzapay.com/), we aim to get the over 350million unbanked adult population in Africa to get bank accounts in as little as 90seconds. We also provide secure cash-in and cash-out services through our network of RyzaPay Agents. This is true financial inclusion.

He also works with budding startups to guide on their growth and fund-raising journey. He was a Director at the Founder Institute (Abuja - Nigeria Chapter). The Founder Institute (FI https://fi.co/) is the world’s most proven network to turn ideas into fundable startups, and startups into global businesses. Since 2009, FI's structured accelerator programs have helped over 6,000 entrepreneurs raise over $1.75 billion in funding. Based in Silicon Valley and with chapters across 95 countries, FI's mission is to empower communities of talented and motivated people to build impactful technology companies worldwide.

He is also a Coach on the BeChangeMaker Africa program - a virtual training programme led by WorldSkills and in collaboration with HP Foundation, African Union, and UNIDO to inspire action on global challenges through social entrepreneurship and the power of skills. The top three teams will each receive equity free funding, post programme support and are also invited to join the Skills Innovation Network organized by the International Labour Organization (ILO).

He was a co-Founder of an Edtech company (https://maviseducation.com/) whose Mavis Talking Pen and Books were used for both in-school and out-of-school interventions in low-income communities in the North East and South West of Nigeria through interventions funded by FCDO, US Embassy in Nigeria, International Rescue Committee (IRC), and others. He also led the Mavis Health team that developed the Mavis e-HEAL (Electronic Health Education in Any Language) to digitize essential antenatal and postnatal health information for pregnant women to be accessed via electronic Talking Books and Talking Posters in Hausa and English – funded by the Private Sector Health Alliance of Nigeria (https://pshan.org/).

He is also on the Advisory Board of several tech startups across Africa.
