As Project Manager Arts & Culture with Local Government NSW, Chloe advises 152 NSW councils. She represents their arts & cultural policy interests to peak bodies & government. She manages the state’s Local Government Arts and Cultural Development Program including forums, conference and awards.
As Community Planner Cultural Development with Port Stephens Council, Chloe identified the cultural priorities for the area & integrated them into Council policy, planning & decision making frameworks. She established the Culture Port Stephens Network, partnering with community, business & Government.
As Great Lakes Council's (GLC) Integrated Planning Coordinator Chloe established the integrated planning framework. She delivered a community and stakeholder engagement process to identify local priorities including facilitating a series of community workshops & conducting a community survey, she analysed and published the results in a Community Priorities Report.
While GLC's Community Development Coordinator Chloe established the Community Development Team through securing multiple sources of funding, established Council's Community Grants Program; established & managed Children's Services.
As the Health Promotion Officer for Injury Prevention & Safety Promotion with the Mid North Coast Area Health Service (MNCAHS), Chloe established the Great Lakes Community Safety Network and coordinated the NSW Falls Injury Prevention Network, including organising a state forum.
For MNCAHS Child and Adolescent Mental Health, Chloe produced The MoodSwell, an award-winning, interactive CD-ROM for young people with 24,000 copies distributed through community services & schools. An arts and health approach was used throughout.
In private practice she produced a range of multimedia resources for community organisations, councils & government agencies.
