Chloee Vaughn

I'm Chloee Vaughn, a recent graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. I have attained a degree in Early Childhood Education with an Early Childhood Special Educaton Endorsement. I have been around children my entire life; my parents owned and operated a licensed home daycare for 20 years. From the time I was old enough, I enjoyed helping my parents run their business. All through middle school and the beginning of high school I babysat children on my own as well. While the jobs I chose to support myself during high school and college were not ones in the field of childcare, they were in customer service and developed my people skills as well as a greater love for all people in all walks of life.

I have always loved children and found immeasurable joy from their sweet and innocent hearts. I love reading and learning about new ways to reach and better educate children. Childhood is such a special time, a time that we all treasure. I hope my future classroom will not only provide growing minds with knowledge and life skills, but also with opportunities to create cherished memories that last a lifetime.

Who I am is shaped on a daily basis by my faith; it gives me strength. My time is often spent with my husband, family, and friends; I wouldn't have it any other way. My husband is my best friend and a constant reminder of what love truly is. My parents have always been my biggest cheerleaders and continue to be my greatest role models. My friends are a blessing and I enjoy spending time in their company.

Now that I have completed my undergraduate degree, I am eager to embark on my teaching career. I look forward to making a difference in the lives of children and continuing to grow in my knowledge and understanding of education.
