I’m Chris Conidis, a satirist, storyteller, filmmaker, and improv performer with over two decades of experience in creating narratives that blend humor, social critique, and imaginative storytelling. My career has taken me through diverse creative landscapes, from working at Universal Studios and Walt Disney World to founding my own production company, Elios Entertainment. Along the way, I’ve been fortunate to explore a variety of roles that allow me to connect with audiences through satire, comedy, and thought-provoking stories.

My journey began at Universal Studios, where I specialized in media production and show writing, honing my ability to craft engaging narratives for live and interactive experiences. At Walt Disney World, I worked on guest experiences, merging storytelling with immersive environments to captivate audiences. These roles inspired me to dive deeper into creating worlds where humor and critique intersect.

In 2010, I founded Elios Entertainment, a media production company dedicated to producing original animations, short films, and projects spanning genres like sci-fi, horror, and comedy. Here, I collaborated with talented teams to bring unique visions to life, from concept to completion. I also took to the stage, performing improv at Fandumb Comedy Lab, where I developed dynamic sketches that mix sharp wit with social commentary.

As an independent author, I’ve published works such as Toolmaker and The Magician’s Code, which often reflect my love of satire, futurism, and societal critique. My writing explores the absurdities of modern life while challenging readers to think critically about the world around them.

Outside of my professional work, I’m passionate about arts education. I’ve led workshops on storytelling, writing, and improvisation, sharing my creative insights with aspiring artists and creators. My goal is to inspire others to find their voice and embrace the power of storytelling to connect and communicate.

When I’m not writing, performing, or creating, I enjoy running, studying evolutionary biology, and indulging in my lifelong fascination with animation and filmmaking. My work is driven by a curiosity for the human experience, a touch of sarcasm, and a belief that humor can be a powerful tool for reflection and change.
