My current role is working at PROS, a Houston-based software company and Salesforce partner. I manage the company's CRM platform and strategy - which includes the overall governance of Salesforce as well as delivering new projects and functionality to help the various business groups that are using the system for their needs.

In previous roles I was a successful leader for Salesforce.com implementations, multi-org consolidation projects, and managing marketing automation platforms.

I also recognized the need for peer mentorship and helped organize and lead an enterprise-wide peer group for Business Analysts and Architects - focusing on best practices, development needs, and career path guidance. Later on, I was able to jump into other more challenging projects by volunteering to manage the 2013 IT Summer Intern Program and implementing the company's first gamification project on it's Community site via Badgeville's game mechanics platform.

I have also initiated a unique proof-of-concept to promote the DevOps framework as it relates to Business Application Teams - leading a skunk-works project that developed an integration between BMC's own Remedy Help Desk system and the Rally Agile Lifecycle Platform. This ultimately led to designing and implementing a formal agile development process for upgrading company applications for the company's Service Management Organization (SMO). That project was so successful, the company formally added the Rally/Remedy integration functionality to their service offerings for customers.
