Chris Rapczynski

Chris Rapczynski is a well known in Boston's construction sector, serving as President of Sleeping Dog Properties, Inc., a design/build firm he established in 1993. Under his direction, the company has become a leading general contracting, design/build, and real estate development firm in Boston. Rapczynski has managed over $500 million in projects, with a focus on luxury residential, boutique commercial, and hospitality construction services.

Sleeping Dog Properties' notable projects include a high-rise penthouse in Millennium Tower, Newton Pediatrics medical facility, and Smyth and Dove Restaurant in Andover, MA. The company is expanding into new markets, including vacation home projects in New Hampshire's Lakes Region and Cape Cod.
