Estimating – Pricing jobs both sheet fed and digital press. Inside and outside estimating. Both print and promo items. Working with vendor pricing for finishing.
Communication - Comfortable dealing with multiple vendors, taking control of the situation when necessary.
Purchasing – Arranging deliveries to be onsite when necessary. Usually a 12 hour turns around. Working with multiple vendors to get the best price and the best product.
Shipping/Mailing/Fulfillment – Reorganized the fulfillment department to be more efficient. Pulling jobs and doing hand work when necessary. Inventory control.
