As a former Not-for-Profit Board Director and Vice Chair, I supported the work of Fountain Hills Chamber of Commerce and provide mission-based leadership and strategic governance. While day-to-day operations are led by Fountain Hills Chamber of Commerce’s chief executive officer (CEO), the Board-CEO relationship is a partnership, and provide appropriate involvement in the Board that is both critical and expected.
