A big picture systems thinker with entrepreneurial acumen and a background in corporate law, I’m in my element when addressing significant business challenges including transformation of underperforming programs or systems.

Over the years, I’ve led commercial negotiations and transactions for billion-dollar companies including SSM Health, where I created an in-house paperless centralized contract review process that reduced expenses by nearly $1million annually. I’m currently responsible for several non-clinical business units at Stanford Health Care that encompass over $350 million in profit & loss and more than 2,000 staff. We recently completed $30 million in capital improvement projects as well as activated a new academic hospital valued at $2 billion.

I focus relentlessly on results and promote the values of accountability, determination and achievement across my teams. We’ve achieved an enormous amount together, and our successes have been recognized with several industry awards including ‘Stanford Health Care Budget Management Leader Award’, ‘SSM Health Innovators Award’, ‘Value Champion’, ‘Up & Coming’,‘Corporate Counsel of the Year: Health Care’, and ’30 Under 30’.
