A dynamic, strategic, anddiverse executive leader, Chris has expertise in developing integratedmarketing strategies for brand positioning and customer loyalty. His strong background in sales, businessprocess outsourcing, business analytics, and change management have beeninstrumental in building sales, marketing and call center teams fromconception. Chris was instrumental indeveloping a marketing and sales strategy that increased same store revenuesover $30m in a two year time period.
His career started out in 3rdparty collections where he built a call center team from twelve associates toover 70. Was the top collections officefor several large telecommunications companies. Chris was handpicked by the CEO to go throughOmnium’s leadership academy where was mentored by the CEO. After seven years at the company, Chris wentto work for ADP. There, he was a three-timePresidents Club winner, Fast Start winner and Rookie of the Year Runnerup. In his current role as VP of Salesand Marketing he has completely changed the way collision repair was seen inthe industry. In November 2011, hismarketing campaign was named the bar setter in the industry by CollisionWeek. Never settling for status quo,Chris and his team created two additional campaigns built around philanthropy. His Operation Comfort campaign went on togain national attention from the National Auto Body Council. His most recent campaign with Susan G. Komengarnered over 200,000 views of their in-house produced video.
Chris attended the Universityof Nebraska where he studied Criminal Justice, Psychology and BusinessAdministration with an emphasis in Marketing. He is certified from Cornell Universiity in Marketing Strategy forBusiness Leaders and Executive Leadership.
Chris is an active member inthe American Marketing Association and Cornell Alumni Group.
