Coaching Philosophy:

I believe in creating complete footballers, which means from an early age players being put in situations which requires them to think and 'try' for themselves. This requires a high number of 1v1, 2v2 and overload practices for at least a part of each training session. My reasoning behind this is that players learn by doing, and should attempt to problem solve, and can then attempt to apply the 'skill' that has been taught to them in natural situations.

I look to use a mixture of Coerver Technical and quick Skill practices throughout each session, before bringing the players in regularly to ask them questions about what they have been doing.

I aim to be a reserved coach throughout matches, using question and answer to solve problems and mistakes instead of screaming and shouting.
