He is a strategic financial steward who has led and implemented strategic initiatives including capital raise initiatives such as an IPO and debt issuances, and financial systems transformations while fostering team development and excellence.

He has extensive board experience working with public and private company boards/trustees and as a board member of portfolio companies and non-profit organizations.
