During my time at University I have gained in confidence and developed and enhanced my skills base. I am highly motivated, competent and conscientious. I am able to work under my own initiative, but also perform well as part of a team.

I enjoy playing sports, I was the captain of my college football team and have played for the university's badminton team and am part of the athletics club competing in several events and running in the Great South Run raising money for Children with Leukemia.

I have a keen interest in Literature and the media, especially film. I have contributed reviews for the University Student Union newspaper. During college for our media assignment we had to create a short movie and at our 'Oscar' like ceremony received the Best Movie award.

During the summer of 2010 I undertook two weeks of work experience at the PR firm, Eulogy. I learnt a lot here and this confirmed my ambition to pursue a career in public relations.
