I’m the CEO of Koronet, the largest software platform serving the global floral industry. We give growers, importers, wholesalers, and shops the ERP, e-commerce, fintech, and farm-management software the trade has never had — $6B+ in transactions a year across 20+ countries, with teams in the U.S., Latin America, and Europe. We’ve grown through four acquisitions and organic expansion, in a global trade worth more than $60B that almost no one has built modern software for.

Before Koronet, I was President and then CEO of a publicly traded technology company, scaling it from about $30M to over $200M in revenue at Rule-of-50 growth and joining the board after its NASDAQ listing. I started as a technology lawyer working on M&A and strategic deals, then spent time at a PE-style credit fund before moving into operating roles.

I also advise vertical-SaaS, marketplace, and e-commerce founders — usually on scaling fast, or on restructuring and monetization. I studied Systems Engineering and Economics at the University of Pennsylvania and earned a JD from Penn Law.

I live in Los Angeles with my wife, two kids, and too many pets. Outside work I hike, ski, and climb.
