Chris Collier

Chris has been working in politics in Ventura County for several campaign cycles. He currently is the Managing Partner of Rincon Strategies, a local public policy and communications strategy firm. Through Rincon, he serves as the Executive Director of the Ventura County Republican Party and oversees local campaign operations. He has also served as a District Rep for State Senator Tony Strickland. Chris has been active on many different campaigns in the County and throughout the state of California. Before working in with Rincon, Chris ran a manufacturing company that supplied state departments of transportation and successfully grew revenues four-fold during his tenure as VP of Business Development. Chris is a member of the Ventura County Republican Central Committee, the Executive Board of the Ventura County Young Republicans, and is a delegate to the California Republican Party. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a dual emphasis in Entrepreneurship and Real Estate Development from the USC Marshall School of Business, and is working on his Masters in Public Policy and Administration at California Lutheran University.
