Chris's current project is New Monaco, a mixed use land development in the Okanagan. As a partner and Director of Business Development and Investor Relations, Chris brings experience from the business & technology sector. He helped launch Group Telecom in 2001, who had Canada’s first coast to coast fibre optic network, and is working to integrate New Monaco's High Tech Hub with great IT companies that want to be in the Okanagan. In 2005, Chris won the Edmontonians Magazine award as one of Edmonton's Sizzling 20 under 30, for his entrepreneurial success and community work. Chris is the Past President of the Canadian Junior Chamber, and served as Vice President of the World Junior Chamber in 2017. Chris also is a past board member with Junior Achievement in Edmonton. Along with this community work, Chris also has other businesses in heavy equipment, real estate development, and has a music production company he started with his father, Canada's Rock and Roll Legend, Bobby Curtola.
