A former resident of the Providence-area city of Cranston, Rhode Island, Chris Di Fanti attended Cranston West High School, where he concentrated on business studies. Chris Di Fanti embarked on an entrepreneurial career at a young age, establishing CDF Holdings in 1989 and beginning to grow a substantial portfolio of real estate and business investments.
Among his other property developments, he ultimately established and operated five Dunkin' Donuts stores as an official company franchisee. He also bought and sold residential homes.
Having headed CDF Holdings for a large part of his life, Chris Di Fanti enjoyed seeing his workers excel, evolve, and take on additional responsibility. After marrying in his late 30s and starting a family, he began to devote more time to personal concerns.
Today, Mr. Di Fanti is retired in Boca Raton, Florida, where he is an avid motorcycle enthusiast and the owner of a 2019 Honda Goldwing CSC trike. He also enjoys traveling to destinations ranging from Disney World to the Dominican Republic.
