There is a thriving food culture in our city that goes unnoticed by most and I feel that this is true because people are afraid. They are afraid to leave the dusty nic-naks that adorn many a terrible eatery; they are afraid of knowing where their meals come from; they are afraid of eating something that hasn't been frozen for weeks; but mostly, they are afraid of liking something new. My aim in starting a food blog is to show people who might not know what or where good food is in Greensboro that it exists, it is delicious, and it is certainly not something to fear.
