Chrisella Herzog

Chrisella Herzog founded the publishing firm Jabir Publications, LLC in 2013. Jabir Publications is a custom publication house bringing the written word from conception to publication, specializing in custom reports, event management, and social media consulting.
In April 2014 Jabir Publications announced the launch of its flagship publication—WhiteHat Magazine, a technology and global affairs digital magazine dedicated to examining tech for social good and the international implications of the Technology Revolution. Chrisella currently serves as Editor-in-Chief of WhiteHat Magazine.
Since 2011, Chrisella has served as Managing Editor of Diplomatic Courier, the global affairs and international news magazine connecting the next generation to current international affairs; in this role she also serves as Managing Editor for the Diplomatic Courier’s new line of e-books as well as special correspondent to high-level international meetings, including the World Economic Forum, the UN General Assembly, and the 2012 Chicago NATO Summit.
From 2011 to July 2014, Chrisella served as Managing Editor of the annual commemorative publications of the G8, G20, and APEC Summits, overseeing content selection for the official publications of Summits in France, Mexico, Russia, Indonesia, the United Kingdom, and the United States. In August 2014, she was named Editor-in-Chief of the official publication of the G20 Leaders Summit in Brisbane, Australia.
Chrisella began her career as Washington Correspondent at the Diplomatic Courier, covering daily press briefings and events for online and print. She received dual Bachelor’s degrees from the University of Utah in political science and Middle Eastern studies, with emphasis on International Relations and Central Asian languages. Chrisella is a member of the National Press Club (NPC) in Washington, DC, and a founding member of Impact Hub Salt Lake. She currently resides in Salt Lake City, Utah.
