Dr. Chris Forte, DDS

We have selected the most highly skilled and compassionate team members available so that we can give you the outstanding care you deserve. Each member of our team has received extensive training and is committed to your dental health and well-being.

We would like to introduce Dr. Chris Forte and our team members. We look forward to getting to know you as well.

Dr. Chris Forte attended the University of Illinois College of Dentistry. He has 28 outstanding years of experience in dentistry. Dr. Forte is committed to giving you honest opinions about your treatment, and he believes in customized treatment plans and using high quality materials to ensure his patients receive a great value.

Dr. Forte is a member of the Chicago Dental Society and the American Dental Association. To further his education and provide the most up-to-date care possible for his patients, he received additional training for implant placement and restoration at the Dental Implant Institute of Chicago.

He has two sons, ages 23 and 20 years old. When he is not at the office, he enjoys CrossFit training.
