Chris Janes (Karmanite)

Hi, my name's Chris. I'm a student studying Music, media and Performance technology in the University of Limerick, Ireland.

I enjoy music. Performing, composing, appreciating, you name it.

I also enjoy Good food, decent people and the Simple things.

Played drums for nine years now, four of those with a band. With a few years electronic music making behind me already, I started producing and performing my own sounds. Felt I could take my talent up a level and Decided to study the art in University. I hope to eventually find a career in Music. After all if you're good at something, why do it for free. Right?

Predominantly Dubstep is my main genre, but recently I've been Dabbling in Liquid, Hyperdub, 2-setp, early Jungle and Drum & Bass. I am currently working on my 'Trash Ghost' Liquid DnB Album in Limerick University.
