I have full accountability for up to a $100M+ P&L including vision setting, leading strategic and workforce planning, SLA achievement, client expansion, sales, spend optimization, and continuous improvement. I have sold $200M+in extensions and $30M+ in expansions. My global teams have been as large as 1000+ people delivering 15,000+ corporate hires and/or 300,000+ client hires in over 100 countries. I am also the Executive Sponsor for The Advocacy for all Abilities (AFA) of TrueBlue ERG.

I was the keynote speaker at SourceCon and have also presented Sourcing Leadership workshops at SourceCon and the Corporate Sourcing Leadership Exchange. I am a requested speaker on topics related to social networking, recruiting and human resources and my work has resulted in press interest including The Wall Street Journal, The Kansas City Star and the SHRM HR Magazine.
