Chris Ledford, a firefighter based in Fort Worth, Texas, helps people in need, whether they be immobile people unable to get up after a fall or accident victims trapped in their cars. In preparation for his career, the Fort Worth first responder secured his firefighter’s registration from Texas. His background also includes time studying at North Lake College, where he earned his associate of science in liberal arts. In 2014, he earned his bachelor of arts in biology and chemistry at the University of North Texas.
When not working, Chris Ledford stays physically active by running long distances. In fact, he recently made a resolution to run at least five kilometers per month, with the hope of achieving a total of 100 kilometers run for 2016. Besides exercise, he likes to travel the world, having visited countries including Turkey and France.
