Chris Hayes
Christopher Hayes is Chief Marketing Officer of Young & Rubicam North America. Chris comes to the agency from Euro RSCG 4D, where he was most recently Marketing Director for Europe. There, he was responsible for the agency’s new business, social media, marketing, and public relations activities. Among his successes, he secured relationships with key brands that include clients such as Unilever, Adidas, Danone. He also served as the global brand director on Unilever. Prior to working at Euro RSCG 4D, Hayes was founder and CEO of BARC, a leading skin care company. Additionally, he has worked for the Euro RSCG group after selling Hayes Partners, a marketing agency to Middleberg Euro RSCG in 1999. Hayes became General Manager of Middleburg Euro RSCG and went on to work for Euro RSCG Worldwide as Senior Vice President, Marketing Services. His entrepreneurial approach is responsible for a number of digital milestones. He has been featured in numerous press outlets that include CNN, The New York Times, Adweek, and AdAge. Hayes is the founder and director of the integrated marketing institute at New York University where he also teaches social media courses.
