My name is Chris, I was born and raised in Redding, Connecticut. I have an amazing family, who I am very close with.. I was recently Engaged to my longtime girlfriend Melissa. We live in Pittsburgh, PA together with our puppy Cody.

I LOVE sports, Playing and watching... Pittsburgh Pirates, Detroit Lions, Miami Heat, Those are my teams...

I am currently working at the YMCA as a trainer, and educator for City High School as the Strength and Conditioning Coach.
