Christopher Luo
Small Business Owner in San Francisco, California
I live, work, worship, and run in San Francisco. My vocational interest is the intersection of micro PE and micro SaaS. On the micro PE side, my wife and I own San Francisco GYROTONIC, a boutique fitness business that has a 30-year history teaching the GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® methods, and Swyft Fitness, a service that provides group fitness classes as an amenity to residential properties and companies. BizGenius.AI is how I'm exploring micro SaaS, starting with applications built for San Francisco GYROTONIC and Swyft Fitness. Previously, I spent over 10 years as the CMO of Fivestars, a venture-backed startup that went from Y-Combinator to acquisition by SumUp. Before Fivestars, I was the Global Head of Small Business Marketing at Facebook and the Head of Acquisition Marketing for Google in Asia-Pacific. I'm a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Harvard and received my MBA from The Wharton School, where I was a Palmer Scholar. In my spare time, I run marathons, explore the city with my wife, Lynn, and coach/manage my son's soccer and baseball teams.
