Chris Maliszewski's sports career has afforded him many experiences that have allowed him to acquire a very strong skillset which would prove to be an asset to any sports organization.

Currently, Chris is the Baseball Development Coordinator at the Park District of Highland Park in Highland Park, IL where he is tasked with managing the overall baseball program while implementing his skills and knowledge to improve baseball within the Highland Park community.

He also seves as a Lead Instructor for Elite Baseball Training in Chicago, IL where he mentors young men both, in the game of baseball and in life .

While at NCSA Athletic Recruiting he was responsible for managing over 2,000 high school student athletes and providing his expertise to each student about the collegiate recruting process.

As an Assistant Baseball Coach, at The University of Iowa and Valparaiso University, Chris was responsible for spearheading two top 50 recruiting classes in the country. Chris has also had the privelege of coaching over 25 MLB Amateur Draft Picks. Besides his coaching and recruiting duties Chris was also a very successful fundraiser having helped raised over $150,000 for his programs. Chris was also responsible for the travel management of teams as well.

Chris has also had the honor of being a featured speaker at various national coaching clinics, has had articles featured online in a distinguished online magazine, and was a voting member of the College Baseball Hall of Fame.
