Chris Manhas

My name is Chris Manhas, and I am a teacher at Frank Hurt Secondary in the Surrey School District #36. I have been teaching in Surrey for the past six years. My background is in Science and Physical Education, although I have also taught Social Studies and Careers. For the past two years, I have been teaching Science and Physical Education full-time.

I have recently taken on the role of athletic director which has been as hard as rewarding. As someone who also comes from a heavy sports background it has been a fun experience helping athletes develop and become better.

Outside of school I enjoy being active. I enjoy playing golf, hockey, soccer, running and spending time outdoors. I also run hockey and basketball camps.
