Hi! I'm Chris McNeill and I LOVE helping others find success. Through my podcast, Amazing Workplace, I spread the word about the importance and value of a strong organizational culture to thousands of people each month. My employment history is chock full of roles that enabled me to focus on the success of others, whether through client services, business consulting or partner account management. I facilitate and participate in several entrepreneurial mastermind groups, because helping someone else build and grow their business is an awesome experience.

I chase anything that gives me the opportunity to help others find their own successes, large or small, and my personal life is full of even more examples than my professional life. I also tend to drive that yellow car a little too fast, and can't wait to get out to a local track whenever possible. I love fly fishing (but stink at it), cooking and even have small obsessions with intelligent science fiction and Punk. Not that crap that kids today are calling Punk. The real stuff.
