With over 15 years of dabbling in all aspects of digital marketing, my last responsibility was digital strategy and communications at DBS. Beyond extensive experience in managing the traditional online channels of the internet and intranet, I ensure that the fundamentals of usability, customer experience, search and analytics are integrated into all digital campaigns and projects. I also provide leadership in exploring new media, particularly in engaging customers, staff and prospects using social media. I'm a firm believer in putting the customer at the centre of any digital experience.
Prior to DBS, I was responsible for building the online brands of Singapore Airlines and American Express through various online marketing initiatives and website redesigns / enhancement, including the management and development of online branding and content management policies at global and regional level.
Despite having spent my entire career as a marketer, I am still often called upon to fix a multitude of office desktop problems.
