PELCER

My hobby slash career as a a songwriter/record producer/arranger/artist began at the age of ten. Among other creative interests, I create and edit music videos, I write screenplays and have several published and unpublished comic strips.

I've was born in Sydney Australia, I grew up in Moruya (on the south coast or NSW) with June and Paul and brother Steve. I later moved to Los Angeles and presently ive in Nashville. Earlier interests as well as writing songs, included swimming, soccer and learning to fly small planes, My music career began when I signed to EMI/Castle Music Publishing as a songwriter and WEA Records as a solo artist, worked on many porojects with the help of publisher Gerry Sword and producer Spencer Lee among others. I moved to Los Angeles where with the help of Ron Sobel and David Rudich I got to work with various producers (Roy Thomas Baker, Keith Olsen, Ray Parker Jr), managers (Joe Ruffalo, Lance Melbourne), investor (Gil Michaels) and artists, before moving again to Nashville. Since the beginning I've had hundreds of my songs covered by various artists, including number one hits, Film and TV theme songs, artists ranging from Peter Cetera, VanZant and Yanni to KeSha, Sick Of Sarah. Many of my favorite works have been collaborations with co-writer/artist Leslie Mills. My most recent work to reach #1 was in China.

Working credits include, guitars, bass, keyboards, piano, percussion and vocals and vocal arrangements, strings arrangements, programming tracks, engineering and mixing. I'm also create and edit music videos and I'm completing several screenplays and a musical. On the Australian side, I also have a son Ben and daughter Sophie who are quite fabulous and live in Sydney, Australia.
