Chrispin Nyakieni

Born 2nd February 1991,

Chrispin Nyakieni is a curious thinker and efficient self starter, a Multi-faced serial innovator, an out of box thinker and a doer who wants to uproot the status quo and make the world a better place. He is 24 years of age currently Pursuing masters in Economics and international relation. He holds a Bachelors degree in Business management, Accounting major and a minor in Entrepreneurship. He is also Pursuing Certified Public accounts Professional qualification. He is a volunteer with United States agency for international development (USAID Kenya), A member at AfricaTalentBank.com (ATB) and a sought-after motivational speaker and a life coach.

Chrispin has vast experience in leadership and management. Whilst at university, he was appointed Deputy Executive Secretary to the Business Students Association, a position he coveted and used to organize Corporate Social responsibility programs, Students Corporate Engagement seminars, as well as, mentorship and partnerships development. He served as the Coordinator to the Masinde Muliro university constitution review commission, a body that was formed to review the student’s union constitution.

Chrispin has been instrumental in organizational development both in his professional as well as personal engagements. He led the Cooperative Bank Marketing Challenge in which 162 funded accounts were opened. As the Deputy executive secretary of business students association, he managed to engage Universities & Schools of Business in the western region of Kenya, to subscribe in to the association, organized more than 5 sensitization events and engaged more than 1,000 students to join the association.

Chrispin is a volunteer in the prestigious USAID FIRM program, an initiative launched by USAID Kenya in partnership with the Council of governors, to support the county governments. Posted to Nyamira County, he has been able to touch the lives of thousands of people living in Nyamira County through poverty alleviation among other activities. He his living an indelible mark in the hearts of the people of Nyamira and believes in changing the world through changing mindsets and attitudes.

Chrispin is passionate about entrepreneurship and humanitarian activities which motivate him to keep updated on current news and publications in the industry. He strongly believes that, the change of the African continent and the world at large will be through entrepreneurship
