Currently I am business developing multiple start up companies. Social Selling is the common theme with them all. Big Data has opened the gates for a whole new breed of sales people. Grit is how I went from being a skate punk kid to negotiating and purchasing multi-millon dollar real-estate and business acquisitions.

In Real Estate, I purchased my first apartment complex at 21. My experience includes hands-on apartment management, asset management, rehabilitation, rent up, condo-convert, position for sale, retail to the public and marketing to and attracting investors. My success comes from syndicating multiple partnership investments through the art of joint ventures, capitol formation and functioning in all areas of analysis and negotiation of real-estate assets with my primary role as managing partner/developer in the apartment and condominium industry.

Today, I am a Husband, Father of 4 boys, Entrepreneur, Real-Estate investor, Strategy Consultant, co-founder of RandomPowers and MediaThinkLabs, Digital Social Influence Agencies, and Entrepreneur Coach. Assisting and Empowering Proprietors to find their source of motivation and how to leverage and attract people and resources to fill the short comings.
