My name is Christopher Gabriel Purkis!
"Happiness is something you decide on ahead of time. It doesn't matter the misfortunes and how your past/current circumstances were/are arranged, rather how you arrange your mind..."
I was born in Luton, UK. My father is a brit, my mother is Ecuadorian and now here I am! I've lived in California most of my life (lucky and grateful for this, shout out to the Cali style of living).
I'd love to help YOU..As of right now, I am working as a free trial support and marketing intern at The Resumator two blocks from the AT&T ball park.
I am a type 1 diabetic. Have been for 12+ years. I am a devils advocate..an evangelist of positive thinking :) :D !! Here's a quote I made up which may shed some light for you on this subject;
Where-ever I am I look for beauty because it is out there...and I find it everywhere I go, and in everything I see.
I play the trumpet and I enjoy writing raps occasionally! I enjoy riding my bike up huge steep hills and riding down them with no hand on the breaks!
I've been to a couple places...While in college, I studied in Germany. I went to China the year before, for a week and walked up and down the Great Wall of China! I have been to Ecuador 3 times and want to live there eventually. Speaking of walls..you can see me in the background standing next to a piece of the Berlin Wall!
I want to work in the EU eventually (within 2-5 years), and I am about to take my first international tour out of graduation.
I enjoy writing TY cards, reminding myself of the countless, thousands of blessings I've been given, and I think you'd benefit from doing the same!
Lastly, I am a brother of Delta Sigma Pi, the international co-ed business Fraternity. I am EXTREMELY proud of being a part of this brotherhood. My chapter, Epsilon Theta, will always have a big place in my heart. DSP has assisted me in discovering my drive, and in becoming the successful, open minded, driven, respectful, fun, conscious, world-traveler I am today!
I am a part of a family of 5. Shout out to my parents Geoff and Ruth Purkis, and to my two older brothers, Geoff and John
