Chris Ranney is a consummate actor of 35 years and a dedicated producer. Chris Ranney's father started him in acting at the ripe old age of five in a Missoula Children's Theater production of "The Wizard of Oz", from that day on; he’s been addicted to acting and thus began auditioning for any theater/film parts he could get into. After several theater productions, he entered into the speech and debate competitions in Montana, taking fifth place in Humorous Oral Interpretation in the State Finals. From there he did theater on the side and a few acting competitions in Los Angeles, in which he received many awards for best acting and the most call backs. Chris also began a career in construction. Chris managed many multi-million dollar projects for Air Force bases throughout Texas and Arizona for the, then, 3rd largest company in the world, Siemens Building Technologies. After several theater productions in Texas, he moved to New Mexico and started up in the ever-growing film business there. Chris has since then been involved in over 120 film, TV, music video and radio productions. Of these Projects he has or is producing eight of these. To date Chris is producing 6 Full feature films and 2 TV shows including The After After Party with Steven Michael Quezada. "Warrior Woman" is another film that Chris has produced. Chris and his team managed to bring this project in under budget and ahead of schedule, much to the delight of the investors. Some of the films where Chris has appeared are 5 Dollars a Day, starring Christopher Walken, Sharon Stone, Dean Cain and Alessandro Nivola; the Dreamworks production of Fright Night, which starred Colin Farrell and David Tennant, and Ilegales, with Art LeFleur; Luminaria Productions’ Spoken Word, and The Rambler, featuring Dermot Mulroney (Young Guns) official selection at the Sundance Film Festival. Chris has appeared on television in AMC’s award-winning hit series, Breaking Bad, the History Channel’s epic docu-drama Black Blizzard; and was even cast in a major supporting role in Lifetime’s intense drama Sex and Lies in Sin City, which starred Marcia Gay Harden, Matthew Modine, and Mena Suvari.
