I studied Social Psychology in college so it makes a great deal of sense that I am now a Product Manager.

I view Product Management as discreet social psychology experiments - where I can form hypothesis about my users and then test out those theories on hundreds (if not thousands) of subjects.

What I enjoy most about this process is that there is always an opportunity to learn something new. Sometimes users will do exactly what we expect them to, but often it's the unexpected results that are most interesting.
