Chris Semarjian got into the real estate business in 1987.

As Chris Semarjian learned the business, he focused on large vacant industrial properties in north east Ohio, which showed promise for redevelopment into vibrant new uses.

Chris Semarjian says that he had a lot of strong brokerage competition in those days, which helped to motivate him.

Today, he is the owner of Industrial Commercial Properties, LLC. Chris Semarjian is a real estate professional and business owner who lives in Novelty, Ohio, with his wife and three children.
